Visitors who use the Pheasantry café will be aware that the outside tables which used to occupy a patch of lawn now occupy a patch of mud, due to customer footfall. The Royal Parks will be renovating the area with a suitably porous resilient surface over the next few weeks. This may entail some works taking place on Saturdays as well as weekdays. The area will be cordoned off while works are underway. Some tables may be relocated temporarily during this time. The work is expected to be completed by the end of March.
